  1. I just replaced the MAF in my 98 Ford Explorer and it’s still acting the same as it did before I put in the new one in.

When I unplugged the wire harness it runs better, but as soon as I plug the wire harness back in, my truck completely dies 🤬

I have completely checked everything over. It all looks good, but I still cannot figure out what the heck is wrong. Any ideas? Help Please?

  2. But if I have MAF code on and disconnect the sensor and the car turns off where is the issue
    a) bad MAF sensor
    B) bad PCV Valve
    C) stuck throttle

  3. I agree with this but I actually thiught my maf was bad but it ended up being bank 1 upstream 02 sensir crapped out causing ecm to call for more fuel and it was too much and allowed for unplugging of maf to keep running and even smoother. Fyi
