In this video I replace the mass airflow sensor in my 2003 Chevrolet Suburban with the OEM unit by Delphi and the 5.3l motor. I was getting the code P0101. This process should be very similar with any vehicle containing a mass airflow meter including Chevy, Chevrolet, GMC, Ford and Dodge.
DELPHI Mass Air Flow Sensor:
The above Delphi sensor is the ACDelco part 19330121.

Am I missing something, what in hell fixed this P0101 error? Follow up hidden somewhere?
The cheap reason online is that it’s cheap and it’s because online they sell many counterfeit stuff that works for a short period of time or don’t work at all!!!
I replaced my Mass sensor and it had the same crank problem. I cleared thr code from the computer with my scanner. It started up again but gave me another trouble code for THROTTLE intake manifold. I cleaned the throttle body with some cleaning solutions. I installed a new gasket and also cleaned the air filter and oiled it. So hopefully that solved the problem.
