I did this to my MDX. It was a piece of cake. I replace the timing belt and water pump as well. I took couple hours due to everything was manual.
And do you added some silicone or nothing?
Not so easy on a direct injection engine with high pressure fuel lines. Lot’s of stuff to remove to get to the valve covers.
